After watching the hit show masterchef, i thought of having a go at creating the croquembouche recipe that Pastry Chef Adriano Zumbo created for the contestant for the pressure test.
Well this is my first time creating it, this is my version of mini croquembouche created using 25 mini profiteroles topped with toffee and chocolate flavoured creme patisserie filling and spun sugar decoration. All created from scratch!..

Miso marinated Salmon accompanied with pan fried potato and zulchinni rosti (my way) and drizzle of left over Miso marinate.
Yes you read it right!Salmon! Didn't know where i can get any decent Black Cod / Sea Bass...so here go Salmon.
